Victor Thompson is a leadership coach and consultant, HR Leader, strategy facilitator and classroom instructor who believes that highly engaged teams make leaders great and produce sustained success throughout their organization. He operates from the notion that when embraced, change presents tremendous opportunities for personal reflection, insight and growth. When he’s not coaching leaders in the workplace, he’s often found coaching young leaders on the basketball court, softball fields and in the classroom.
